Information on the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party appointed by the consumer other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, all payments received from the consumer will be refunded, excluding any additional costs resulting from the consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which Ombrelli Fornara is informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

The products must be returned intact, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
